Terms and Conditions
Solstartravel.com is registered with TICO (Travel Industry Council of Ontario, TICO Registration No: 50017704). Solstartravel.com’s customer funds are protected by TICO’s Travel Industry Compensation Fund, no matter where you live.
It is the responsibility of the customer to read and understand the Terms and Conditions before purchasing travel services through the Solstartravel.com website.
The customer must be at least 18 years of age. The customer must agree to all of the Terms and Conditions listed on this page.
Price and Content
All prices quoted in this website based on Tour Operator system / the End Supplier’s system (Airlines, Hotels, etc…). Any changes in price may occur before, during or after a purchase, as a result of price changing made by the supplier. Prices and availability are not guaranteed until final confirmed.
All informational contents on this website, such as Hotel images, depended on the supplier’s system, may not be an exact representation.
Payment and Insurance
Payment for online bookings is required in full at the time of booking. Payment can be made using Visa, Master Card or American Express. Once a booking has been made, the tickets are 100% Non – Refundable. Any necessary changes will result in additional charges as permitted by the supplier. Using a third party credit card for booking, the proof of documents will be required: a copy of the credit card front and back, a copy of the cardholder’s driver’s license front and back, and written confirmation from the cardholder. All fraudulent purchase will be investigated and prosecuted.
There are some different types of travel insurance packages available and the purchase of insurance is customer optional decision. There are many good reasons why you need travel insurance. We strongly recommend you buy travel insurance, such as Trip Cancellation Insurance, Emergency Medical Insurance, and Travel Accident Insurance.
Confirmation and Delivery
Please ensure that the spellings of all passenger names are correct, and must match the name on their travel documents. Please double check the passenger names, date of birth, destination, dates, and email address etc. before completing your booking. After a booking has been made, the customer will receive a confirmation email. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all the information on the confirmation email is correct.
When you book a trip on our website, your e-ticket and supporting information will be sent to you by email.
When you book a trip on the telephone or in person at our office, you may choose to get your e-ticket and supporting information by mail. Some fees (such as postage) will be charged. Or you may pick them up at our office.
Documentation
It is the responsibility of the customer to get all required documentation (such as Valid Passports and Visas) before travel departure. If you are unsure of the requirements for the Country you are traveling to or for any other documentation inquiries, please visit the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada Website (www.Travel.gc.ca).
